Cockroach Janta Party mobilizes millions against India's education minister

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) is building pressure on the Indian government. Abhijeet Dipke announced in an Instagram video that he will return to Delhi on June 6 and lead a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar. The founder of the viral movement justifies his step by saying he wants to "give something back to India" and advocate for students and young people – after previously rejecting job offers in the USA.

Massive support for education minister's resignation

The numbers behind the campaign are impressive: Dipke cited over 800,000 signatures on a petition and approximately ten million affected people. The demand is clear: Dharmendra Pradhan should resign from office. The education minister is under pressure due to repeated exam scandals – particularly in the nationwide entrance exams NEET and CUET, where massive irregularities occurred.

The protests are not limited to the CJP. On the same day, activists from the All India Students Association (AISA) were arrested during a demonstration in Delhi after they also demanded Pradhan's resignation and pointed to the exam scandals. Dipke warned clearly: if Pradhan does not resign, it means there is no accountability left in India.

Symbol of youth discontent

The CJP has established itself as a voice for young people protesting against unemployment, inflation, and lack of opportunities. The movement uses the unusual insect as a symbol – a deliberate provocation against established politics. Dipke calls on students and supporters to meet him at the airport and join the protest. The question now is how many people will follow his invitation and whether the government will respond to the pressure.
